Key Responsibilities

The Senior Data Scientist will:

• Develop and lead our data science roadmap.
• Build and refine core features such as CV/Resume parsing in multiple languages, candidate recommendation engines, and social media enrichment.
• Manage full project lifecycle from conception to deployment, including data preparation, model development, and production integration.
• Implement and prototype solutions in varied domains and partner with our engineering team to maintain system reliability.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A BA/BS or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in statistical modeling, SQL, and data manipulation.
• Strong expertise in Python and its libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and TensorFlow.
• Experience in machine learning algorithms and cloud infrastructure tools such as AWS, EC2, and S3.
• Strong project management, visualization, and communication skills.
• Prior experience in a B2B SaaS environment is advantageous.
