We are inviting applications for an exciting role as Senior Data Scientist, Business Transformation-Associate at JPMorgan Chase & Co., a leading global financial services firm with a history that spans more than two centuries.

Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will:

• Lead data science initiatives in Digital Process Discovery projects for the Middle Office Operations function.
• Utilize process mining techniques to analyze process behavior and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement real-time process monitoring through the use of streaming data.
• Conduct data-driven root cause analysis to address issues of process conformance and inefficiencies.
• Manage end-to-end projects including scoping, data collection and processing, modeling, implementation, and result evaluation.
• Collaborate with our U.S. team to foster advanced process analytics both locally and in the United States.
• Engage with leadership to create innovative Process Intelligence solutions and define use cases and fresh ideas with the business division.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities

To apply for the Senior Data Scientist position, you should have:

• A Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field.
• Over 6 years of experience in statistical analysis, process mining, and process analysis.
• Proficiency in Python or R, with significant experience in relevant libraries and frameworks for predictive process mining and monitoring.
• A track record of providing data analytics to senior management, with capable translation of complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience in data pipelining and data visualization tools like Alteryx and Tableau.
• The ability to collaborate with a broad range of internal teams, including business and technology groups, to achieve results and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proficient ability in presentation and storytelling.
