The Swift Group is actively seeking a seasoned Senior Data Scientist to join our team. This dynamic role involves developing data models, creating diagrams, flow charts, and other system engineering documentation to solve problems, identify improvements, establish standards, and facilitate cross-organizational collaboration.

Required Qualifications

• 11+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in assessing risk, impacts, and developing contingencies, particularly related to internet security
• Experienced in analyzing structured and unstructured data, streamlining business processes, and creating customized algorithms and data models
• Proficient in working with risk frameworks
• Skilled in data visualization and link analysis
• Experience with graph database technologies
• Experience in building tools for managing technical signatures
• Proficient in working with Cloud Infrastructure within a high-security environment
• Experience in strategic systems planning
• Adept at developing and implementing logical workflows for complex decision matrices
• HS Diploma
• US Citizenship and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with Agile frameworks
• Proficiency in using Tableau
• Knowledge of regulations governing or related to the management of sub-compartmented dissemination programs
• Ability to process and integrate large amounts of information in an organized and comprehensible manner
• Experience in identifying and validating requirements from user stories and engagement
• BA/BS Degree
