About the Role

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be at the forefront of applying cutting-edge AI, Computer Vision, and Machine Learning algorithms to create impactful, customer-centric solutions. This role involves:

• Enhancing state-of-the-art methods in object detection and tracking to meet real-world needs.
• Optimizing the performance of Computer Vision and ML algorithms across various platforms to satisfy customer requirements.
• Collaborating with top-tier Engineers, Data Scientists, Designers, and Program Managers to produce robust technical solutions.
• Embracing and promoting our culture and values focused on respect, integrity, and accountability.

Who We're Looking For

We need a passionately curious Senior Data Scientist who is ready to explore innovative ideas and translate them into real-world products. Ideally, you possess:

• A Doctorate or Master's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field, with substantial professional experience in data science.
• Proven expertise in managing both structured and unstructured data, applying statistical techniques, and delivering results.
• U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance, or the ability to meet Microsoft, customer and government security screening requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates who also have:

• 3+ years of experience with a Doctorate, 5+ years with a Master’s degree, or 7+ years with a Bachelor’s in relevant fields.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range for this position varies based on geographical location:

• Typical base pay across the U.S.: USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year.
• In designated high-cost areas (San Francisco Bay and New York City metropolitan): USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.

Roles may be eligible for additional benefits and compensation which can be explored during the hiring process.
