Key Responsibilities:

• Develop technical solutions to complex problems from ideation to deployment.
• Guide a team of analysts and engineers, fostering a standard of excellence in project outputs.
• Maintain hands-on involvement in coding and system development to refine key data products.
• Collaborate with Software and Data Engineers to integrate systems and enhance efficiency.
• Lead project management, from strategic planning to monitoring implementations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in roles such as ML Engineer, Data Scientist, or similar.
• Expertise in programming with Python at scale.
• Proven track record in utilizing Cloud Platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
• Strong analytical skills with a knack for statistical analysis and solving data-centric problems.
• Experience in time series and geospatial analysis.
• Skills in designing scalable systems and implementing ML models into production environments.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.

Desirable: Familiarity with remote sensing, agronomy, or epidemiology.
