The Problems You'll Solve

As a Senior Data Scientist, Product Analytics at Carta, your work revolves around enhancing our analytics capabilities and empowering the organization through data-driven decisions. You'll be tasked with:

• Developing and standardizing core business metrics across teams.
• Creating and evaluating metrics for new initiatives in collaboration with business partners.
• Driving insights from product releases to inform feature enhancements.
• Applying analytical and statistical techniques to predict user behavior and trends.
• Presenting data findings to stakeholders, including executive teams.
• Optimizing data infrastructure and dashboards for better usability and understanding.
• Conducting training sessions on BI tools for enhanced self-service across teams.
• Collaborating on new data-driven product developments.

About You

Are you a dynamic communicator with over 5 years in product analytics or data science? Do you thrive in roles requiring you to spearhead initiatives, collaborate across departments, and turn data insights into action? If so, you could be the perfect fit for our team. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adept in SQL, Python, Looker/Metabase, and dbt, and proficient in making data accessible and understandable for all stakeholders.
