Your new role

• Transform business requirements into data science queries and take responsibility for the research and development of Machine Learning solutions delivering a positive business impact
• Work with engineering and product teams to implement Data Science services within the Auto1 tech framework
• Oversee model performance in production, communicate findings to stakeholders and formulate actionable follow-up steps
• Identify business prospects and collaborate with stakeholders and tech partners to boost growth
• Set priorities and guide junior team members to reach project milestones

Skills needed

• Advanced statistical and quantitative knowledge with commercial experience, preferably with academic experience in a quantitative research field
• Strong stakeholder engagement and visualization skills to effectively express findings in a clear and unequivocal manner
• Proficiency throughout the lifecycle of data science projects, including initialising/designing, developing (model construction), and launching models in production (full stack)
• Hands-on experience with a wide range of machine learning techniques and the ability to recognise the most suitable technique for various situations
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data handling, analysis and modeling. Experience in AWS/Azure/Google Cloud would be a benefit.
