About This Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist specialized in marketing to join our team. This position is crucial for refining our marketing strategies using advanced attribution models and ROI calculations. You will analyze extensive data sets, improve targeting, make our ROI forecasting more precise, and help automate our marketing processes. This is your chance to play a vital part in crafting our marketing efforts during a 9-month maternity cover contract.

Job Details

• Type of Contract: 9-month maternity cover
• Location: Hybrid (Berlin or Paris) or fully remote within Germany, France, or the UK

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing attribution and eROI systems to pinpoint enhancement opportunities.
• Develop and implement ML models for marketing automation.
• Perform exploratory data analyses to extract actionable insights.
• Effectively visualize and document analytical processes.

What You Need To Succeed

• At least 4 years of experience in machine learning.
• Minimum of 2 years tackling marketing-specific data challenges.
• Proficiency in the Python ecosystem (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Jupyter, TensorFlow).
• Fluency in SQL and excellent communication skills in English.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with software architecture and AWS.
• Familiarity with DBT.
