Senior Data Scientist - REMOTE Job Opportunity at Lifelancer

What You Will Do:

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality real-world data (RWD) studies.
• Collaborate closely with the client team to identify research questions, methodologies, and deliverables.
• Draft scientific study proposals and reports.
• Prepare datasets for advanced analysis, apply statistical methods, and interpret study outcomes.
• Present key research insights through comprehensive written reports and visual representations to colleagues and clients.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Qualifications:

• Post-graduate qualification (MSc/PhD) in Epidemiology, Psychiatry, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of programming experience with R and/or Python.
• Proficiency in epidemiological and medical statistics methods used in observational research (psychometrics or health economics experience is a plus).
• Experience in data cleaning and wrangling.
• Working knowledge of SQL and version control systems (git preferred).
• Familiarity with client-facing healthcare environments such as pharmaceutical companies, MedTech firms, or consultancies is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in scientific writing and project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
