What You'll Do

As a Senior Data Scientist at Enable, your main goal will be to integrate AI and ML technology across our products and operations. You will:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
• Implement AI innovations to enhance our product and service offerings.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product Management to embed AI capabilities seamlessly.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with broader company goals.
• Ensure all AI applications adhere to ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Advise senior leadership on AI deployment strategies and contribute to a rolling roadmap for future AI and ML products.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• An advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in AI/ML, with a proven track record of deploying commercial products and services.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, and Java, and familiarity with AI/ML algorithms and data modeling.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage projects effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and the capability to work collaboratively across functions.
• A portfolio of AI projects that demonstrate innovation and significant business impact.
