Utilizing data-driven technology and innovation, our offerings include advanced consulting in payments, loyalty and marketing programs, business experimentation through Test & Learn, and various risk management services.

Role in Test & Learn

As a proactive member of the Test & Learn team, your role involves pioneering advanced experimentation software that applies sophisticated analytic techniques globally. This position entrants you to shape the future by innovating new products, enhancing existing ones, and diversifying the Test & Learn application methods for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead in research for developing new analytics functionalities within platforms used by major global entities for integral decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to design and integrate analytic solutions that meet the market needs.
• Partner with business unit leaders to solve complex problems and drive ground-breaking solutions.

Candidate Profile

• Over 5 years of experience in data science or equivalent academic background in advanced courses.
• Proficient in R, Python, SQL, and familiar with big data technologies (e.g., Databricks, Hadoop).
• Exceptional ability to communicate and collaborate across various functional teams.
• Strong project management skills, exemplifying risk management and decision-making capabilities.
• A passion for mentoring and building a collaborative team environment.
• Educational background in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
