Job Title: Senior Data Scientist

Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Data Scientist to enhance our understanding of how users interact with our product and drive improvements through data. This role involves collaborating closely with product teams to drive decision-making and strategy with actionable insights.

Your Role at Webflow

• Develop and refine key business and product metrics.
• Design and improve our data analysis pipelines to enhance our understanding of the customer journey.
• Collaborate with product stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and influence product strategies.
• Mentor team members and contribute to the development of our collaborative data science practice.

Location & Employment Type

This full-time, permanent position offers the flexibility to work remotely across the US or from our headquarters in San Francisco. This exempt role offers a competitive salary range from $143,000 to $198,000, depending on location and experience.

About You

Ideal candidates will have:

• At least 4 years of experience in data science or a related quantitative role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and a programming language such as Python or R.
• Experience in mentoring and developing others within a technical team.
• A knack for tackling complex challenges in a dynamic environment.
