Job Description

The Senior Data Scientist is highly knowledgeable in business objectives and works closely with leadership to offer data science solutions relevant to the cross-functional team's roadmap. Their role involves designing and coding software programs, algorithms, and automated processes to cleanse, integrate, and evaluate vast datasets from several disparate sources. The incumbent is responsible for extracting meaningful insights from large data and metadata sources and presenting these findings from analysis and experiments to product, service, and business managers. The Senior Data Scientist will also mentor team members to enhance the skills and knowledge obligatory for business needs, promoting a data-driven culture. This role entails the preparation and delivery of results to stakeholders, as well as facilitating the deployment of models to production systems.

Qualifications

Education: A Master's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Healthcare, Health Insurance, and/or Health Insurance Carrier.

Licenses and Certifications: SQL, Python, R

Minimal Travel Required.
