About the Role

As part of our Hybrid Intelligence team, you will lead Data Scientists and Engineers to solve real-world problems across various industries including Aerospace, Automotive, Pharma, Industrial, and Oil & Gas. You will be a key technical leader in Spain, supported by global experts and continuous professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Data Scientists and Engineers
• Develop and apply machine learning and data science techniques
• Collaborate on innovative projects across multiple industries

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• PhD, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, statistics, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Data Scientist and team leader
• Proficiency in R, Python (pandas, numpy, matplotlib, scikit-learn), object-oriented programming, and pySpark
• Experience in natural language processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and cloud-based distributed computing
• Strong background in statistics for hypothesis testing and experimental design
• Proficiency in data cleaning, pre-processing, and transformation
• Experience developing mathematical models and predictive algorithms
• Fluency in English and Spanish (C1)
• Excellent communication skills
