Job Description:

As a Senior Data Scientist/Lead Data Scientist within our R&D Service Management team, you will drive innovation with your technical expertise and leadership. Your role will encompass:

• Identifying and developing AI/ML opportunities within our product range.
• Guiding technological strategy as our AI/ML expert, influencing our implementation approaches and future roadmap.
• Designing and executing data science projects from initial concept through to full implementation, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Collaborating with a team of data engineers, ML engineers, and other specialists to deliver industry-leading ML models.
• Championing AI/ML advancements through conferences, webinars, white papers, and blogs, sharing valuable insights that drive innovation.

Qualifications:

We're looking for candidates who bring:

• At least 5 years of experience in data science, with a track record of successful projects.
• End-to-end expertise in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions, including the use of Docker and Kubernetes in cloud environments.
• A strong foundation in statistical modeling and analysis, with proficiency in Python and essential ML libraries and tools.
• Familiarity with ML tracking and collaboration tools like Mlflow and Weights & Biases, and expertise in software engineering, DevOps, and MLOps practices.
• Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking capabilities, and a proactive, results-driven approach to challenges.
