Emids is on the hunt for a talented and motivated Data Engineer to fill a vital role at our dynamic company. With locations in BLR, Noida, and HYD, this hybrid position requires three days of on-site collaboration per week, empowering both in-person teamwork and remote flexibility.

Role Overview

As a crucial member of our team, you will focus on leveraging Azure Databricks, ETL processes, and advanced data engineering techniques. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining effective data pipelines, enhancing data architecture, and ensuring a secure and efficient data flow across our organization. This position demands strong analytical skills and deep technical knowledge in data handling and architecture.

Key Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
• Professional Experience: Proven track record with 4 to 6 years as a Data Engineer, specializing in Azure Databricks, Data Factory, Fabrik, and ETL processes.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in SQL, Python, Scala, and other scripting languages. Solid understanding of data modeling, database design, and data warehousing principles.
• Cloud Platform Familiarity: Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Data Lake Storage, Synapse, Azure SQL Data Warehouse, and more.
• Big Data Knowledge: Experience with big data technologies and distributed computing environments.
• Specialized Industry Experience: Background in handling Healthcare data, such as EMR data and EDI files and formats preferable.
• Certifications: Azure Databricks certification is advantageous.
