What You'll Achieve with Us:

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Lead the development and operationalization of our comprehensive data product strategy, aligning with the company's overarching goals.
• Develop and deploy robust, scalable, and secure data architectures and infrastructure.
• Implement and oversee Master Data Management (MDM) and Governance to ensure data accuracy and consistency across the organization.
• Design and orchestrate innovative cloud-based data solutions, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, aligning their data needs with our strategic objectives.
• Utilize big data technologies and cloud innovations to facilitate the development of advanced data and analytics solutions.
• Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams, simplifying complexities and championing data-driven decision making.

Your Expertise and Insights:

To excel in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 12 years of experience in data engineering, including 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven expertise in strategic execution and innovation in data architecture.
• Strong familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS.
• Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership abilities.
• Capability to convey complex technical concepts in an understandable manner.
• Prior experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly desirable.
