Position Summary

Atticus Advisory Solutions Inc. is seeking a seasoned Senior Finance Analyst to bolster our finance community in Consumer Health Asia Pacific. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure the seamless operation and integrity of financial systems across the region, particularly focusing on SAP Financials and Controlling (FI/CO), Business Warehouse (BW) analytics, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and various other reporting tools from a user standpoint. Your expertise will be crucial, not as an IT consultant, but as a champion for user-centric system and financial business process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Finance Analyst, your duties will include:

• Owning SAP financial processes and reporting tools, maintaining general ledger accuracy and data relevancy according to current reporting and operational needs.
• Maintaining stringent data integrity across all financial systems and analytical tools.
• Supporting end-of-period financial closing activities.
• Identifying and deploying new solutions to perfect existing processes, enhancing data integrity checks and system capabilities.
• Offering functional expertise to support and improve legacy platforms in collaboration with IT and Data teams.
• Conducting data integrity gap analysis, implementing control measures, and resolving any discrepancies.
• Developing strong relationships with senior stakeholders to advise on data integrity and system support needs.
• Coordinating project preparation and validations across regional teams.

Candidate Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in data or financial system roles within relevant industries.
• Experience as a user or super-user in at least one full-cycle SAP ECC 6.0 or SAP S4/HANA implementation.
• Deep knowledge of financial business processes and SOX compliance.
• Proven experience in integrating data governance within an SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation program.
• Exceptional skills in cross-functional integration, relationship building, and program execution.
• Capability to manage large-scale changes and transitions at the enterprise level.
• Proficiency in analytical tools and systems such as BW, TM1, OneStream, Tableau, and Alteryx.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on continuous process improvement.

Key Skills

In this role, critical skills include:

• Robust experience with SAP FI as a finance user.
• Insight into the operational efforts required for ongoing business data handling.
• Expertise in identifying and resolving breakdowns in Data Flow.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO (COPA).
• Ability to actively participate in S/4 project work.
• Regular interaction with Finance leadership and user communities for troubleshooting and providing solutions.
• Must be a SAP Superuser, not just a functional consultant.
