Join Our Team as a Senior Finance Manager - Data Integrity and Systems

Atticus Advisory Solutions Inc. is looking for a seasoned Senior Finance Manager to lead our efforts in maintaining data integrity across all financial systems in the Consumer Health Asia Pacific finance community. This is a 12-month contract position based in Manila, with a potential opportunity to convert to a full-time employee. Job Responsibilities:

As a Senior Finance Manager, you will:

• Manage and ensure the accuracy of financial data within SAP and other reporting tools.
• Oversee financial systems and ensure they are continuously aligned with the current reporting requirements.
• Regularly conduct data integrity checks and implement necessary changes.
• Work closely with IT and Data teams to provide functional expertise and support legacy platforms.
• Conduct data integrity gap analysis and spearhead the resolution process in collaboration with business owners and IT.
• Develop relationships with senior stakeholders to advise on data integrity and support for legacy systems.
• Support regional project preparations and validate implementations in coordination with regional teams.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• At least five years of experience in data or financial systems management within a relevant industry.
• Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP ECC 6.0 or SAP S4/HANA implementation as a user or super-user.
• Strong understanding of financial business processes and SOX compliance.
• Proven ability to integrate data governance strategy into an SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation program.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage large-scale projects and change initiatives.
• Knowledge of analytical tools and systems like BW, TM1, OneStream, Tableau, and Alteryx.

Key Skills:

• Possess strong SAP FI knowledge as a finance user.
• Understand how to maintain ongoing data integrity and troubleshoot issues in data flow.
• Have in-depth knowledge of SAP FICO (COPA).
• Be adept at interacting with finance leadership and addressing user community needs.
