Make Your Impact in a Rapidly Growing Fintech Company

We are searching for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join BILL’s Fraud Risk Strategy team. You will lead key projects related to fraud detection, risk analysis, and loss mitigation. This role demands experience in analytics, refining risk strategies, and developing predictive algorithms.

Your Qualifications:

• Minimum 6+ years of end-to-end fraud risk control strategy experience in eCommerce or online payments.
• Proven track record of achieving business goals through control strategy design and execution.
• Experience in maintaining and refining risk strategy frameworks and data-driven monitoring rules.
• Proficient in advanced analytics techniques with SQL/Python for solving complex problems.
• Skilled in developing performance dashboards and using tools like Tableau for data analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of data, metrics, and fraud risk indicators with a knack for optimization.
• Experience in project leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bonus: Experience in experimental design, fraud typologies, and data/control governance.

Compensation and Benefits

San Jose pay range: $126,900—$151,800 USD. Our competitive benefits package includes:
