About Us

Ramboll Tech is the internal innovation hub of Ramboll, driving digital transformation and overseeing AI initiatives. Collaborating with global markets, we manage large-scale changes and develop bespoke AI products for Ramboll and our clients. Our dynamic team consists of over 50 professionals from Denmark, Germany, the USA, and India, with around 15 members based in Germany.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will:

• Work within a growing 5-person team to build AI and data-based solutions essential for daily operations.
• Develop backend applications using Python and frontend with React/Typescript.
• Be part of a scrum team to develop and maintain solutions throughout their lifecycle.
• Collaborate with international colleagues to bring innovative ideas to life.
• Contribute to the growth of Ramboll Tech.

About You

From day one, we will support your professional and personal development. To excel in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience in Python (preferably with FastAPI) and Typescript/React development.
• Experience with SQL and vector databases.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and Azure cloud solutions.
• A continuous learning mindset and the ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.
• Problem-solving skills and willingness to ask essential questions.
• German language skills (a plus).
