Job Description We are searching for a highly competent Senior Generative AI Data Scientist to become a member of our team. Applicants should have a strong background in NLP, advanced model fine tuning, open source community involvement, machine learning, and deep learning techniques, with experience in generative modeling. The duties of the candidate will include designing, implementing, and optimizing generative models for an array of applications that range from natural language processing to computer vision and audio processing. They will also be expected to analyze and interpret voluminous datasets and communicate the results to both technical and non-technical audiences. Primary Responsibilities • Design, implement, and optimize generative models employing machine learning and deep learning methods. • Apply generative models to numerous applications that include natural language processing, computer vision, and audio processing. • Examine and interpret vast datasets using statistical and machine learning methodology. • Communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences. • Work together with cross-functional teams to identify fresh opportunities for generative modeling. Qualifications Key requirements • 3 years or more of data science experience • Supervisory experience in a data science project • Active involvement in the open source community, for instance, HuggingFace, StableDiffusion, etc. • Good experience in essentially fine tuning of models and familiar with distributed training - Experience with LangChain, Foundation model tuning, Data Augmentation, and Performance Evaluation frameworks • Practical experience in researching and applying extensive language and generative AI models • Solid background in NLP, including experiences with text representation, language modelling, sequential-to-sequential architectures, and semantic comprehension • Experience with natural language processing, computer vision, and audio processing generative models (including LLM, Diffusion models, GANs, VAEs..). • Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks such as Hadoop or Spark. • Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure. • Hold a Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. • Solid foundation in machine learning and deep learning techniques. • Understanding of important concepts in foundation model literature. • Proven ability to use, implement, train, fine-tune, and optimize foundation or generative models. • Proficient in programming languages like Python or R. • Experience working with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills Additional Information All your data will be treated confidentially in accordance with EEO guidelines.
