About the Role

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Oracle, you will:

• Build distributed systems, containerization, orchestration, and cloud-native architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable, reliable ML systems that are production-ready.
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to tackle complex business challenges.
• Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to deliver cutting-edge ML solutions.
• Drive the development of Conversational AI and other advanced machine learning techniques.

Key Responsibilities

You will be expected to:

• Lead the design and development of AI-driven products, ensuring precision and efficiency in code.
• Architect scalable solutions and drive strategic technology choices to meet and exceed business requirements.
• Develop high-quality software solutions, integrate generative AI capabilities, and manage large-scale model deployments.
• Collaborate widely with internal teams to translate business needs into robust ML frameworks.
• Maintain rigorous standards in testing, monitoring, and iterating on designs.
• Consistently communicate with stakeholders about project progress and decisions.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this position should have:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in developing and supporting ML solutions at scale.
• A strong technical background in machine learning and AI, particularly in building and deploying large scale solutions.
• The ability to lead across full-stack development processes.
• A keen product sense and a good understanding of business strategies.

Salary and Benefits

Hiring Range: $74,800 to $178,200 per annum, depending on experience, with the potential for bonuses and equity.
