The Role: Senior Machine Learning Developer

We are seeking an experienced developer to expand our Machine Learning technology team. In this critical role, you will develop advanced machine learning algorithms and integrate them into our VFX production toolsets. You will collaborate closely with our top-tier engineers, R&D tech leads, artists, and production teams, in a robust production environment, to innovate our machine learning capabilities.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading strategic technological advancements at Framestore.
• Mentoring fellow ML developers through code reviews, collaborative planning, and technical reviews.
• Enhancing best practices in agile processes, coding standards, and software design.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in Software Engineering or similar roles in media production/game development.
• Proficiency in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Advanced knowledge in linear algebra, statistics, and optimization.
• Proven skills in team and workflow management, including mentoring and code reviews.

Desirable Experience:

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in source control systems and maintenance.
• A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.

Work Arrangements
