Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will:

• Partner with researchers to develop cutting-edge machine learning models.
• Fine-tune advanced neural network architectures, including transformer-based models.
• Boost model performance focusing on scalability and efficiency.
• Conduct rigorous experiments to enhance model robustness and generalization.
• Investigate new methods to advance model capabilities.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends in NLP, deep learning, and AI research.
• Handle large-scale datasets, ensuring data quality and relevance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to bring projects from concept to production.
• Effectively communicate findings and deploy models in real-world settings.
• Continuously monitor and refine deployed models.

Required Qualifications

Our ideal candidate should have:

• A minimum of 8 years’ experience in Data Science, Generative AI, and Engineering.
• Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and NLP.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Experience with transformer and diffuser-based models (e.g., BERT, GPT).
• Solid foundation in statistics, linear algebra, and probability.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS, and distributed computing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to push innovative solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in training & fine-tuning on large datasets is highly desirable.
