We are currently seeking an experienced Staff ML engineer to expand our thriving team. This role would be perfect if you're passionate about reimaging archaic industries, eager to work with a small yet brilliant team of engineers tackling an important, unresolved issue, and if trailblazing in our architecture, approach, and team inspires you rather than burdens you. As part of your duties, you will become a primary owner of Assured data pipelines and processes, mentor other engineers in our expanding team, and train models on high-dimensional inputs, both tabular and unstructured data, and to learn quickly from recent incremental data. We're interested in individuals who have what it takes and experience that demonstrates a passion for continual growth, have produced and shipped substantial and complex products, have strong beliefs about software engineering but are not afraid to reassess and change their views, and have a background in and or a desire to immerse themselves in the world of startups.
