Role Overview

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Accertify, you will lead the management and enhancement of our Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) platform. Utilizing your robust software development expertise, you will play a crucial role in refining our tools and ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our ML models within our operational framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Transition ML models from development to a production-ready state using our MLOps platform.
• Develop and maintain scalable software solutions with Python, while integrating SQL and Spark for data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data pipelines and optimize model deployment and monitoring.
• Ensure high quality and maintainability of software solutions by adhering to SDLC best practices and continuous testing.
• Provide mentorship and training to team members, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and expertise sharing.

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years.
• Proficient in high-volume transactional systems and strong relational database skills.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Python development and 2 years in Spark and NoSQL databases.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record of deploying ML models in production environments.
• Comprehensive understanding of Machine Learning, including model selection, parameter tuning, and A/B testing.
• Experience with Big Data frameworks such as Hadoop and Spark, and capable of performing ETL in distributed systems.
