Role Overview

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer specializing in Large Language Models (LLMs) in our Research & Development team, you'll tackle challenging projects that push the boundaries of conversational AI. Your expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) will drive the development and deployment of cutting-edge models, directly impacting diverse industries such as automotive and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Generative AI technologies with a focus on natural language understanding and dialogue systems.
• Design and implement state-of-the-art algorithms enhancing our AI platform's performance.
• Train and optimize large-scale deep learning models for advanced NLP tasks.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into market-ready products.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, contributing actively to our technological evolution.

Who Should Apply?

• Candidates with a Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science and at least 3 years of industry experience in Generative AI.
• Individuals with a proven track record in R&D related to AI, showcasing relevant projects.

Location & Compensation

This role is open to applicants across the United States (with specific exclusions). The position offers a hybrid work environment and a competitive salary ranging from $146,000 to $210,000 annually, plus equity.
