We're looking for a talented Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development of V2 of our AI/ML-powered platforms. This role is perfect for those with a passion for Python and proven success in implementing cutting-edge machine learning solutions.

What We Offer

Wisedocs AI currently operates two advanced ML systems: an entity classification system and a RAG summarization system. The successful candidate will drive major enhancements to our systems, improving throughput, reliability, and observability, all while ensuring alignment with our fast-paced, growth-oriented company culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Redesign and re-architect our core ML systems to enhance performance and scalability.
• Develop robust Python backends, ensuring seamless integration with our AI components.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers to integrate ML technologies across the Wisedocs platform.
• Stay updated with the latest in AI/ML trends and technologies, particularly within Azure’s ecosystem.
• Ensure the delivery of reliable and performant ML models through comprehensive testing and validation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of software development experience, with a strong emphasis on Python.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, transformers, BERT, and other modern ML frameworks and models.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong foundation in software engineering principles.
• Experience in deploying and managing ML models using Azure AI services.
