About the Position

Dandy is seeking a team of outstanding software engineers to develop digital products and expand our managed marketplace. Being one of the first engineers at Dandy, you will play a pivotal role in forming our technological team. You'll be persistently challenged to master new technologies, institute best practices, and be granted the autonomy to resolve issues independently and learn from experience.

We are generating avant-garde experiences across the freshly 3D-digitized dental domain, hence our Machine Learning (ML) platform is indispensable for our success. As a Chief Machine Learning Engineer, you will be crucial in the expansion of our platform for generating advanced 3D intraoral scanning experiences and assisting in the automation of our supply chain.

Applicable technologies: PyTorch, Tensorflow

Your Duties

• Construct Computer Vision (CV) models to derive structure from unstructured and information-intensive 3D scans

• Collaborate with the product and research teams to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing our existing product range and for enabling future product lines

• Work with substantial datasets to engineer generic models and tailor fine-tune models for particular applications

• Act as a spokesperson for utilizing machine learning and relevant techniques across the engineering and product departments

• Cooperate closely with product owners on a feature-driven team to promptly deliver value to Dandy’s clients

Our Requirements

• 8+ years of experience, with 4+ in ML

• Significant expertise in 2D Deep Learning

• Profound proficiency in Computer Vision

• Experience with 3D Models

• Considerable expertise in Pytorch and/or Tensorflow

• An ability to strike the suitable balance of generalist and researcher

• Experience in developing ML models that have made significant production
