What You Will Be Doing

As a pivotal part of our team, you will:

• Collaborate in a cross-functional team setting with data scientists, engineers and various stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and deploy groundbreaking technologies to enhance our trust and safety capabilities.
• Utilize advanced tools such as GNNs, CatBoost/XGBoost, and LLMs to tackle complex challenges.
• Conduct large-scale experiments to test hypotheses and influence product development.
• Implement and maintain model deployments, ensuring consistent monitoring and refinement.
• Stay abreast of the latest research, contributing to prototypes and publishing findings in top-tier conferences.
• Work directly with our sophisticated MLOps Core K8s platform to deploy models efficiently on a global scale.

We'd Love to Meet Someone With

• A master's or higher degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Over five years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven expertise in Kubernetes and leading full-lifecycle ML projects.
• Strong foundational knowledge in software development, including ETL pipelines, CI/CD, and testing frameworks.
• Advanced statistical modeling skills, including hypothesis testing and regression analysis.
• The capacity to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• An unquenchable thirst for knowledge and continuous professional development in the field of Data Science and Machine Learning.

An Added Bonus If You Have

• Experience or an understanding of the Trust & Safety sector.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructures, especially GCP.
• Contributions to prominent data science conferences such as KDD, ECML, or NeurIPS.
