The Role

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development and deployment of AI-driven tools aimed at revolutionizing wealth management solutions. This involves everything from database management to user interface enhancements, and crafting predictive models that drive our next-generation products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, build, and implementation of end-to-end predictive models tailored for the Wealth and Asset Management industry.
• Collaborate with our Director of Artificial Intelligence to develop and execute AI integration strategies across business units.
• Prototype, test, and scale new algorithms and models, ensuring they are both effective and robust.
• Develop and optimize full-stack solutions to improve both machine learning models and application performance that align with our business objectives.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and deliver substantial business value through AI solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship within our engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in machine learning and full-stack development.
• Strong track record of deploying machine learning models and managing full-stack applications.
• Expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Keras.
• Proficiency in Python and familiar with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and ability to innovate rapidly with a focus on scalable solutions.
