What You'll Do

You will lead the Speak team, focusing on new voice-driven experiences integral to user interactions. Your leadership will guide the development of a generative voice AI vision and strategy, ensuring Spotify remains a leader in audio innovation. By heading a diverse team of around 20 specialists, including research scientists and engineers, you will enhance our voice capabilities and influence Spotify's senior leadership. Collaboration with various leaders will be key to execute high-impact initiatives effectively.

Who You Are

Your expertise in generative voice and speech technology is profound, or you possess substantial experience in modern generative audio and are eager to dive deeper into voice and speech technologies. Your leadership style reflects servant leadership principles, and you excel in mentoring, coaching, and maximizing team potential. Your skills in navigating complex information and ambiguities will contribute to transforming research into market-leading products.

Where You'll Be

While the role offers the flexibility of working from home, you will be required to engage in face-to-face meetings, coming into our London office approximately once a week.
