Role Description

As a Senior Machine Learning Expert at GFT, you will collaborate with top-tier professionals, including researchers and data scientists, to design and implement advanced machine learning models. This role involves working on impactful projects that influence key business outcomes, providing an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to our operations and innovations.

Responsibilities

• Design and fine-tune sophisticated machine learning models alongside researchers and data scientists.
• Implement and optimize neural network architectures, focusing on transformer-based models.
• Conduct thorough experiments to assess model performance and generalization.
• Explore and integrate new techniques to enhance existing model capabilities.
• Process and manage large-scale datasets ensuring quality for model training and evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical insights into actionable business outcomes.
• Deploy and monitor the performance of ML models in production, ensuring continual improvement.

Requirements

• Over 12 years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP.
• Expertise in Data Science, Generative AI, and Engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and Machine Learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Transformer libraries.
• Experience with transformer-based models such as BERT, GPT, and others.
• Strong statistical analysis skills and proficiency in using cloud platforms like AWS, Azure for distributed computing.
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities with capability to work both independently and within a team.
• Prior experience in the banking industry is considered a plus.
