Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented Senior Machine Learning Scientist to drive growth initiatives focusing on user conversion optimization. Working alongside our data science, product, and marketing teams, you will leverage your expertise in machine learning to enhance personalization, refine marketing strategies, and significantly boost user engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop sophisticated machine learning models for optimization in user conversion, personalization, and churn prediction.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to refine strategies and enhance targeting for user acquisition and retention.
• Design and execute A/B testing to validate the effectiveness of new features and marketing strategies.
• Analyze user behavior to tailor marketing and content strategies effectively.

Basic Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related STEM field.
• Strong experience in optimization, deep learning, and causal modeling.
• Proficiency in Python & SQL.
• Proven track record in machine learning, specifically within growth or marketing contexts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PhD in a related STEM field.
• Advanced experience in marketing analytics, personalized marketing algorithms, and customer behavior analysis.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
