As a senior member of our tight-knit team of ten highly skilled professionals, you will deliver scaled predictive solutions across diverse functions such as supply chain, operations, sales, marketing, and ecommerce. Key Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement machine learning models tailored for business enhancements in areas like pricing, supply chain management, and personalization.
• Create innovative algorithms and features by building upon contemporary academic research.
• Design and develop production-level code, managing the entire development cycle from concept to deployment.
• Lead and mentor team members, pushing the boundaries of what can be achieved in large-scale projects.

Who You Are:

• An expert with a Master’s and 8+ years of experience or a PhD and 3+ years in fields related to Computer Science, Machine Learning, or another quantitative area.
• Skilled in algorithm and model development specifically for large-scale online settings.
• Adept at transforming complex stakeholder needs into actionable project plans.
• Curious and collaborative, ready to learn and share insights with peers across various professional landscapes.
