Role Overview and Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager, you will be at the forefront of leveraging advanced technologies such as machine learning, deep learning, and artificial intelligence to transform large sets of structured and unstructured data into actionable insights. Your tasks will include:

• Designing and implementing new data modeling processes.
• Developing predictive models using big data technologies to enhance business decisions and customer experience.
• Collaborating with various teams to refine and scale analytics solutions.
• Managing projects from end-to-end while interacting continuously with key stakeholders.
• Utilizing machine learning tools and advanced statistics for developing prediction systems.

Qualifications and Skills Required

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A post-secondary degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, computer science, or engineering. An advanced degree is a major plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in building and deploying ML models and handling large datasets.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex results clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
