Role Overview: Senior Manager, Machine Learning and Data Science

As a Sr. Manager in Machine Learning and Data Science, you will lead a dynamic team of Machine Learning Engineers and Data Scientists. This role is pivotal in guiding the development of advanced machine learning models and data orchestration tools to streamline our data processing capabilities. You'll collaborate closely with senior engineering leaders, product managers, and other stakeholders to drive innovation and uphold our commitment to cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Steer our Senior Engineering Leadership team, influencing product execution and fostering an innovative culture.
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures using state-of-the-art technologies like Databricks, AWS, Redshift, and more.
• Lead the expansion and efficiency of Loopio’s data infrastructure, including data warehouses and lakes.
• Enrich the team's capabilities by setting clear objectives, promoting continuous improvement, and nurturing technical excellence.

What You'll Bring to the Team

• Over 10 years of experience in machine learning, software engineering, or data science, with a proven track record in machine learning.
• At least 3 years in managerial roles, with skills in conflict resolution, performance management, and team development.
• A solid understanding of microservices architecture and cloud computing services like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Exceptional communication skills to lead diverse teams and collaborate across functions.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience with container orchestration using tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Expertise in BI PaaS/SaaS solutions and Natural Language Processing techniques.
• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or Pytorch.
