About This Role

As a pivotal member of the Machine Learning Experience (MLX) Product team, the role involves steering the ML Enterprise Feature Platform team. You will focus on creating outstanding Feature Engineering Onboarding and Platform Convergence Experiences for our internal teams. Your expertise will help us build seamless access to essential features enabling our scientists and engineers to push the boundaries of banking technology.

What You'll Do

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Formulating a strong vision and strategy for key platform components.
• Gathering deep insights into the needs of data scientists and engineers across Capital One.
• Prioritizing Product Backlog to enhance both business and customer outcomes.
• Using design thinking and analytics to shape product design.
• Enhancing team collaboration and ensuring smooth communication.
• Maintaining and overseeing a healthy project backlog and agile processes.
• Acting as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams to align product capabilities with business goals.

Basic Qualifications:
