Required Skills and Experience

We're looking for professionals who bring a robust academic background and extensive field experience:

  • Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 10 years, including meaningful roles in Machine Learning or Data Science with a focus on technical leadership.
  • Proven expertise in crafting and deploying advanced machine learning solutions, with hands-on knowledge in Generative AI, Neural Networks, and other contemporary deep learning models.
  • Strong foundational knowledge in CS, including data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills to clarify complex concepts to various stakeholders.
  • Experience with modern development tools like Git, MLOps, and at least one cloud platform.

Preferred Qualifications

To excel in this role, additional qualifications include:

  • Advanced degrees (MS/PhD) in technical fields related to Computer Science or Machine Learning.
  • Familiarity with advanced ML models and architecture including Learning to Rank and recommender systems.

Location and Travel
