About the Role

Ramp is seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to specialize in Applied AI, propelling our financial operations tools into the future. Stationed at our vibrant NYC headquarters, this role offers a dynamic work environment where your designs will directly influence the leading edge of financial technology.

What You’ll Do

• Lead AI-focused design initiatives from conception through to implementation and iteration.
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to transform strategic goals into actionable roadmaps and compelling product features.
• Utilize direct customer feedback and rigorous user research to drive decisions and improve product design continuously.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless, intuitive user experience that adheres to our high standards of simplicity and elegance.
• Forge and refine our long-term product vision, design systems, and processes.

What You Need

• At least 5 years of experience in tech or startups, with a proven track record of end-to-end product design.
• Expertise in Figma for both low and high-fidelity prototyping.
• Demonstrated ability to lead user research and synthesize feedback into actionable design improvements.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range for this position is $161,500-$190,000, complemented by a competitive equity package and comprehensive benefits including:
