Senior Product Designer, Data Visualization

Standard AI is actively seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join our team remotely from anywhere in the United States. Role Context

As a Senior Product Designer at Standard AI, you'll work closely with Product Managers to both refine existing products and develop cutting-edge new ones. Your contributions will directly shape the future of our products, offering you high visibility within the company. Focused on both iteration and ground-up design, this role allows you to make a notable impact on our success by delivering a polished, intuitive user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own all end-to-end Design efforts
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to translate requirements into cohesive design solutions
• Design and develop innovative patterns and systems that are durable, repeatable, and set a new standard for craft across the company
• Create, collaborate on, and iterate prototypes, user journeys, and key flows
• Contribute to the product vision and collaborate with a team to define and design user interfaces, systems, and interaction, visual, and motion design patterns
• Drive elegant design solutions from early concept through final implementation and iteration

This role positions you at the forefront of crafting leading-edge UI solutions for AI products, working closely with cross-functional teams to create impactful user experiences.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional design experience
• 2+ years of experience designing B2B analytics and insights products, dashboard design, and data visualization for mobile and web
• Mastery of design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other relevant tools used for UI/UX design
• Solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles and methodologies, including information architecture, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
• Understanding of interaction design principles and the ability to create interactive prototypes and animations to enhance the user experience
• Experience working in startups or specifically on AI products

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a very competitive compensation package, which includes:

• Base Salary Range: $150,000—$175,000 USD (dependent on location, experience, and interview performance)
