A Typical Day:

• Envision and drive the development of cutting-edge ML systems and product integrations to address real-world challenges.
• Lead and mentor a team of passionate software engineers and scientists, enhancing the AI/ML capabilities across Airbnb.
• Champion AI/ML knowledge and skills development within the team.

Your Expertise:

With over 12 years of software engineering expertise, including at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing large-scale software systems, you are a veteran in designing AI and ML solutions. An inspiring colleague and mentor, you are proactive, inquisitive, and an excellent communicator focused on impactful engineering work.

Your Location:

This role is remote-eligible in the United States, with potential for occasional visits to Airbnb offices or team offsites. Eligibility is dependent on the state where Airbnb, Inc. is registered.

How We'll Take Care of You:

We offer a competitive salary range of $244,000 to $304,000 USD, dependent on experience and market standards, along with potential bonuses, equity, benefits, and employee travel credits.
