Compensation

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000 to $252,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Partner with key engineering leads/stakeholders by evaluating and supervising multiple projects, organizing cross-project work within the program, and defining program controls/governance/standards.
  • Oversee and drive a portfolio of tracks/areas to drive readiness with direct and measurable progress on adoption readiness.
  • Collaborate with engineering leads and cross-functional teams to ensure that organization-wide goals are set, reflecting top-level strategy while ensuring projects are effectively prioritized, resourced, and managed.
  • Engage with engineering leads, product leaders, and other technical program management groups to drive the roadmap and customer adoption.
  • Ensure all leadership/stakeholders are aware of progress/blockers continually and drive strategic decisions throughout all organizations and levels.
