The Role: Senior/Staff Data Scientist - Growth Analytics

As a key member of our Data Science and Analytics (DSA) team, you'll leverage your expertise in data analytics to impact Moloco's growth directly. Your role will involve data analysis, campaign optimization, and strategic business collaborations, helping shape future machine learning advancements.

What You Will Do:

• Perform detailed data analysis, preparing comprehensive reports and presenting insights to stakeholders at all levels.
• Ensure data accuracy by validating sources and inputs to refine our campaign models.
• Take charge of campaign lifecycle, optimizing processes and collaborating with sales teams to meet client objectives.
• Drive product and service improvements through effective stakeholder engagement and insightful analytics.

Is This Role Right for You?

Minimum Requirements:

• A Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience with statistical tools like Python and SQL.
• Proven ability in statistical analysis, experimental design, and hypothesis testing.
• Fluency in Korean and English, with excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A Ph.D. in a quantitative discipline.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proven track record of managing multiple projects.
• Leadership qualities and a proactive approach to project management and client support.
