Key Responsibilities

• Execute standard software solutions, including design, development, and technical troubleshooting.
• Write secure, high-quality code in at least one programming language with minimal supervision.
• Design, develop, code, and troubleshoot with an understanding of upstream and downstream systems and technical implications.
• Write JavaScript and Python code that meets high standards, suitable for open-sourcing.
• Collaborate with the backend team to create highly performant code handling large editable datagrids backed by millions of rows.
• Support a global user base, assisting with inquiries and other support matters.
• Contribute to product development by suggesting feature improvements and gathering user feedback for design enhancements.
• Create mixed-style work, such as user-configurable style sheets and editors to process, validate, and autocomplete simple DSL for UDF.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• 2+ years of practical experience in software engineering, with formal training or certification in engineering concepts.
• Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Proficient in developing, debugging, and maintaining code within a large corporate environment using modern programming languages and database querying languages.
• Demonstrable proficiency in coding in one or more programming languages.
• Experience with the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
• Basic knowledge of software applications and technical processes in areas like cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and mobile technologies.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Extensive knowledge of JavaScript and Python.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, and Vue.
• Ability to work independently under the direction of a senior engineer to develop front-end features.
