About the Role

As a Software Engineer II, you will:

• Develop and execute software solutions, focusing on design, coding, and technical troubleshooting.
• Write secure, high-quality code and maintain the stability and resiliency of our business intelligence platform on AWS.
• Work closely with platform users to meet their needs and prioritize improvements efficiently.
• Utilize your knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle to enhance automation and system processes.
• Analyze diverse data sets to support problem-solving and decision-making for application development.
• Contribute to a team culture that values diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.

What You’ll Need

Required Qualifications:

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and at least 2 years of practical experience.
• Proven experience with AWS cloud and building scalable data platforms.
• Hands-on expertise in Python, PySpark, and AWS technologies such as EMR, ECS, Lambdas, Redshift, S3, and more.
• Strong capability in UI development and understanding of software performance benchmarks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in constructing data engineering pipelines and developing reporting tools is highly advantageous.
