The Role: Software Engineer, Machine Learning

Your job will consist of building and launching robust, maintenance-friendly models that stand up to the demands of our innovative platform. You'll:

• Construct features and define success metrics by clarifying requirements.
• Utilize cutting-edge machine learning techniques to tackle a variety of challenges across the company, including fraud prevention, feed ranking, and blockchain mining.
• Design and conduct A/B testing, iterating until significant impacts are achieved.

What We Look For

Ideal candidates will have:

• At least 2 years of industry experience in machine learning engineering.
• Proficiency with one or more ML models and familiarity with data analysis, ETL, and visualization.
• Experience in data mining, statistics, natural language processing, or computer vision.
• A history of building scalable backend systems with a focus on data processing and analytics.

Nice to Have:

• Advanced degree in CS, Machine Learning, Data Mining, or a related field.
• Knowledge of tools like Apache Airflow, Spark, Flink, and experience with Python.

Salary and Benefits

Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position ranges from $147,900 to $174,000, plus target bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
