Your Role and Responsibilities

As part of our compact and dynamic team, you will:

• Drive the technical advancement of novel AI-powered functionalities within our apps.
• Engage collaboratively with various company divisions to pinpoint user demands and devise solutions using AI and Machine Learning that address these needs.
• Work closely with our MLOps team to enhance AI system performance and scalability.
• Provide mentorship and promote Machine Learning engineering best practices within the team.
• Remain attuned to the latest trends in AI to foster ongoing innovation within our offerings.

We're Excited About You If You Have:

• An advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience deploying machine learning models at scale.
• A track record of creating innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Proficiency in writing high-quality Python code and experience with classical ML frameworks like Pytorch or TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with modern LLM deployment tools such as HuggingFace TGI, VLLM, TensorRT-LLM, and others.
• A solid understanding of the machine learning development lifecycle, including CI/CD, version control with git, testing frameworks, MLOps practices, and monitoring systems.
• Experience with Docker and deploying high-load ML applications using container orchestrators like Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of GPU-powered workload concepts, NVIDIA drivers, and container runtimes.
• Exceptional communication skills and the capacity to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
• A deep passion for AI, coupled with a thoughtful approach to its ethical implications, fairness, accountability, and transparency in AI deployment.
