About the Role:

We are seeking a Software Engineer to significantly enhance our Research and Consulting Delivery Organization by focusing on the development of our Chatbot and Conversational AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance web-based applications using React, Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Perform unit testing and address any defects.
• Engage in code reviews and integrate feedback to improve software quality.
• Adhere to development processes established by the Technical Lead.
• Proactively participate in all Agile/Scrum meetings.
• Communicate any obstacles in a timely manner to ensure smooth project progression.
• Rapidly absorb new technologies and apply them effectively in projects.

Skills and Experience Required:

• 3-5 years of experience in Natural Language Processing or supporting Machine Learning applications.
• Demonstrated capability with NLP models like BERT, GPT, and Sentence BERT for vector search.
• Proficiency in PL SQL and familiar with object-oriented design patterns and development methodologies.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to project ownership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
